Delete my data

Almost everything here deletes itself. Your uploaded PowerPoint is removed as soon as your package is built; an upload abandoned before payment is purged within 2 hours; built packages and order records expire after 24 hours. So a request made more than a day after your purchase will usually find nothing left.

If you want it gone sooner, use the form below. Include the session reference from your Stripe receipt — it starts with cs_. That is the only identifier we can match on, because we never stored your email address.

What we hold, and for how long

• Your uploaded file — deleted the moment your package is built. Swept after 2 hours if you never buy.
• Your built package — deleted after 24 hours.
• Order record — the Stripe session id and what was built. Deleted after 24 hours.
• Analytics — a salted daily hash, which cannot be traced back to you or linked across days. Nothing to erase.
• Your email address — never stored. If you emailed yourself the package, only a hash reaches the log.
